Where national strategy becomes industrial reality.

How we work

The alignment

One project. Every party's goals.

  1. The goals come first.Host nations, partner nations and industry each bring their own objectives. We map every one of them before anything is designed.
  2. One project connects them.We structure a single project, with its rights, offtake and finance, that runs through each party's goals without breaking.
  3. No party is left out.A project is only finished when every party's objective is met. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Our logo is a lusona, a sand drawing of the Chokwe people of eastern Angola: the points are set out first, then one unbroken line reaches them all.

Why it matters

Resources belong to a nation. So should the value they create.

An engineer trained in-country.Skilled careers built where the resource is found.
A plant run by local teams.Industry that stays, grows and trains the next generation.
A supply chain partners can count on.Reliable materials for the industries that depend on them.

Partners

Who we partner with

Host nations

  • Process natural resources at home rather than exporting them raw.
  • Build domestic industrial capacity and high-skill employment.
  • Capture more value from national resources.

Partner nations

  • Secure resilient, diversified supply of critical minerals.
  • Strengthen strategic trade and infrastructure corridors.
  • Turn policy objectives into producing assets.

Industry & capital

  • Secure long-term supply and access new demand.
  • Enter markets with government alignment, offtake and structure in place.
  • Invest in projects that are de-risked from the outset.

Approach

From national ambition to operating asset.

  1. 1

    Originate

Identify opportunities where national strategy and commercial demand meet.

  2. 2

    Align

Secure government alignment, rights and the local framework.

  3. 3

    Structure

Assemble the sponsor, offtake and ownership structure.

  4. 4

Represent the owner through construction and commissioning.

Current focus

Angola and the Lobito Corridor.

Angola holds industrial minerals that are largely exported unprocessed. We are developing in-country processing that keeps more of that value at home, creates skilled employment, and builds supply chains partner nations can rely on.

The Lobito Corridor links the Atlantic port of Lobito to Angola's interior and to the Copperbelt beyond, giving new production a route to market.

Principles

How we work

Discretion

We work quietly and protect the interests of every party at the table.

Long-term commitment

We stay with a project from the first conversation to commissioning.

Shared value

A project lasts only if every party gains from it.

In-country capability

We build skills, jobs and industry where the resource is.

Team

A focused team with deep ties to the regions we serve.
